Terms of Service

By accessing or using BOTINA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BOTINA is operated by BOTINA Platform ("we", "us", "our").

BOTINA is an automated cryptocurrency futures trading bot platform. The Service connects to your Binance account via API keys you provide and executes trades based on your configured strategies. We do not have custody of your funds at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Binance API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Cryptocurrency futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:

• Trading bots execute automatically and may result in significant financial losses
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly
• Technical issues (network delays, API outages) may affect trade execution
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and configurations
• We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice

Your Binance API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely. We strongly recommend:

• Restricting API key permissions to futures trading only
• Enabling IP whitelist restrictions on your Binance API keys
• Never sharing your API keys with anyone
• Regularly rotating your API keys

While we strive for reliable operation, we make no guarantees regarding bot uptime, trade execution accuracy, or profitability. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Bots operate based on the parameters you configure.

Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, including fees and billing cycles, are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account with third parties
• Use the Service to manipulate markets

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOTINA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be deleted, active bots will be stopped, but open positions on Binance will remain until you manage them directly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
