Prices locked per month at time of payment. Switch plans any time by submitting a new payment with the new plan selected.

How payment works

  1. Pick a plan and number of months on the Subscription page in Settings.
  2. Send the exact amount in USDC to our wallet address on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network.
  3. Copy the transaction hash from your wallet or exchange and paste it into the subscription page.
  4. An admin verifies the transaction on-chain (usually within a few hours) and activates your subscription.
  5. You'll receive an email with an invoice the moment it's approved. The invoice also shows up in the "Invoices" tab on your dashboard.

Stacking payments

If you pay while you still have trial time or a paid period left, the new period adds on top — it doesn't reset the clock. Early renewals are rewarded, not penalized.

What happens when the trial ends

Bots already running keep running until you stop them. You can still view your dashboard, positions, trade history, invoices, and account settings. What's blocked: creating new bots or activating paused ones. Pay to lift the block.

What counts as a 'bot' toward the plan limit

One bot = one active (non-archived) PriceTrendConfig row. BASIC allows 3 active bots at a time, PRO 10, UNLIMITED 100. Archiving a bot does not count against the limit — if you want to swap strategies, archive an old bot first, then create a new one.

A bot running multiple slots on the same pair still counts as one bot. A bot on BTCUSDT and a bot on ETHUSDT are two bots. Pausing vs archiving: paused bots still count; archived ones don't.

Admin confirmation SLA

Payment claims are reviewed manually — an admin has to look at your tx hash on BscScan and confirm it. Target turnaround is a few hours, often much faster during European business hours. If your claim sits in "Pending review" for more than 24 hours, email botina.futures@gmail.com with your user email and the tx hash.

While a claim is pending, your existing subscription period keeps running normally. The new period only stacks on top after the admin approves.

If your claim is rejected

Common reasons: the tx doesn't exist on-chain (typo in the hash), the amount is wrong, or the transfer went to the wrong network (we only accept BEP20 / BNB Smart Chain — sends on TRC20, ERC20, or Solana will not be credited). You'll get an email with the specific reason, and your subscription page will show a "Submit new claim" button so you can retry.

If you sent USDC on the wrong network, contact support before submitting a new claim. We may be able to recover funds sent to the BEP20 address on other chains; we cannot recover anything sent to a different address.

Refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions don't auto-renew. When your paid period ends, the subscription simply expires and you go back to "Trial ended" status. To continue, submit a new payment.

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. If something's broken on our side (the bot stopped firing for a technical reason during a paid period), email support with details and we'll credit or extend accordingly. We don't offer refunds for trading losses — those are always your own responsibility.
