When emailing about a payment
Include your user email (the one you signed up with) and the transaction hash from your USDC transfer so we can find your claim quickly.
When emailing about a bug
Include your user email, a short description of what you were doing, and what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots are welcome.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few hours during European business hours. Payment claims are usually processed within a few hours of submission. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, feel free to send a follow-up.
What we don't help with
BOTINA is a self-service trading tool. We cannot give investment advice, predict market moves, or recover funds sent to the wrong network other than BEP20. Trading on Binance Futures is your own responsibility — see the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
